Bookings and Administration Fee: A fee of 10% will be charged to cover the administrative costs associated with your booking. This fee ensures that our team can efficiently manage the reservation process and provide you with a seamless experience.
Breakables and Insurance Fee: For added peace of mind, a fee of 2% will be applied to cover any potential breakages or damages during your stay. This fee also includes insurance coverage to protect both you and the property.

Cancellation Policy: We have implemented a cancellation policy to effectively manage bookings and ensure fairness for all guests. Please carefully review the policy before making a reservation. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and our aim is to provide flexibility while maintaining transparency.

Cancellation Fee:
Cancellation made 2 months in advance: Free cancellation.
Cancellation made 1 month in advance: A cancellation fee of 10% will be charged.
